Hi, The tiles appear to be from the following fan expansions.

Top Left and Top Right (with a V on them) - "Vanilla Carcassonne" contains those tiles, and fits with the "V" symbol, but the tiles I have seen use a different font for the "V"

Bottom Left (with the House) -  "Roads To Victory"

Bottom Right - used in a couple of expansions - "Lord of the Manor" and "Phantom of The Opera"

Off the top of my head, I think you should be able to find these files for download under the Downloads area, and possibly a design/workshop thread discussing their creation. There is also an archive of posts and expansions from the previous version of CarcC forum, which has a sticky post at the top of the various expansion/workshop discussion boards.
