3500 tiles using about 150 expansions (regular, mini, fan-made, homemade), probably???

Any plans to keep expanding? Records are set to be broken! 8)

:P

How do those work? Do they break the continuity between tiles? Where are them from?

Really interested!

They' re a very small and compact envelopes with a self-adhesive flap, very practical and foolproof.

I've got them here (Currently they are sold out, but just google "Carcassonne sleeves" to see some offers :) )

Pros:
-The tiles are clean and hygienic (especially for all-terrain players of Carcassonne like me
-Avoid the wear and tear by the use of these (which may be good for those who want to sell them later, it is special the rarest tiles)

Cons:
-For factory failure, the edges of the flap are somewhat thick, so it is necessary to have to cut them (which is a long and tedious process (although in my almost very satisfactory) if you intend to sheath all the tiles)
-The corners are a little sharp (you'll scratch your hand a lot using them at the beginning)
-Yes, they break the continuity between tiles, it can disguise if it is played in conjunction with tiles without founding.

Personally, it is a very small price to pay to keep my precious tiles ;)

I will post attached pictures for reference in a moment!

Great photos everyone.

Nice to see some close ups on the tile sleeves.  I wasn't convinced when I saw them a few years ago, but they seem better than expected.  For those special tiles I just use a baggie when they're not in use  :(y)

Santa arrived early!

Quite excited about this lot.

Kingdomino has been a hit in our household but I think we are ready to take the game to a new level with Queendomino.

I'm arguable most excited for the Kickstarter Flashpoint: Fire Rescue, mini expansion, Tragic Events. Maybe not the most festive theme for the holidays but this still remains one of my favourite solo game. Apparently this is a bit of a game changer with new card functions and an event deck. Can't wait!

I've looked at Between Two Cities for some time and thought this would be a good one for the work group. Featuring two of my favourite game mechanisms, Set Collection and Tile placement!!

Maybe second most excited for Majesty for the Realm. This is from the same designer of Splendor, (one of our all time faves). Lots of good reviews!
Franks

Wanna play Carc? Can we add just one more expansion?

Got into the hobby very hard (unexpectedly) in less than 30 days!

Postman came several times home and brought: Carcassone, several minis, Inns and Cathedrals, Hive (I love this game to play with my girlfriend), One Night: Ultimate Werewolf (which I tested with 3 people but is intended to be played at the end of the year during a 3 day retreat with 7 friends - looks awesome) and my best friend gifted my ahead of Christmas (a bit of a misunderstanding by my mother ::)) Catan, wich I played several times with him and some more friends and I totally enjoyed.

I'll add pics when I gather them all in my place!

Great Rats Sinscerly, where are they from. Very useful for the plague expansion!

Postman came this morning, just 6 days after I ordered from cundco.de and, indeed, they are still sending '17 Tiles, at least in my order.

Here it is a (bad) picture showing my young collection. And some goodies!

Early Christmas present from dirk2112 as part of Dan’s giveaway. I let junglegirl wrap it and put it in my stocking, then I opened it shortly afterwards because we did stocking presents tonight before going to Berlin for Christmas in the morning. Thanks dirk!
