After three weeks my order Is still "partially completed"...Not so happy. Really.
If it makes you feel any better, my order has been "The order is in process" for many days now, too, and I ordered it on October 23rd. Granted I made a really complex order with a lot of individual pieces requested, but I'd rather like to see it shipped at some point in the near future.
We're really sorry, but due to the press and a sickness-related staff shortage, the answering of your requests could take up to two weeks and more. We already had to raise the delivery times and we do what we can! Please don't be mad at us!
