Placed on 23rd October = "Your order has not been processed yet." I think they are overloaded currently.

No answer and no shipping in two weeks. Worst service ever!

I emailed service@cundco.de in English, on the 26th and got a response within 3 hours.

My parcel was shipped on the 14th.
Recorded on DHL on the 20th.
Picked up by DHL on the 27th.

So generally it looks slow.

You should have a tracking number on your order when you log into the new website.

Good to know that order 20343 has not been processed yet. I still have time to send an email to service@cundco.de to tell them I've moved from Switzwerland to the Netherlands and update them with my new address. Thanks!
