I've took some photos how this expansion is to use.

1. This placement of a tile is not allowed:

Please look to the example landscape picture - the pigs in green and red are placed onto a farm without a farmer meeple onto these farms.

I am sorry for that. But if you will get some from the community? Hmm I wish you good luck.

Received Carcassonne: Safari yesterday. I had the Spiel DOCH! tiles for it but never actually bought the game. My partner saw it on Monday in an ad, asked why we didn’t have it, and I promptly found it on clearance at a place where we had a gift card from Christmas. It arrived two days later! Haven’t played it yet but it’s now fully punched and I’ve read the rules. Triangular scoring? Weird but I’m intrigued.

Meanwhile, my CundCo Advent order was finally shipped after I contacted Hans im Glück on Facebook. Fingers crossed that it arrives before 2023. :D
I am happy to "hear" the next Babarian Report.  C:-)

Yesterdays evening I looked into my collection of received postcards from forum members.
I've took a photo from some of the postcards.

from left to right: Bixby, Carcking, Scott, Whaleyland, quevy and in the middle is from Tobias.

Tobias is from Sweden, he was one of the first members at CarcC.

The labyrinth tiles are for a road. All meeple (also the ringmaster) are working as a highwayman. Score the only road which needs to be closed in all 4 directions.

Some History about CarcC: In 2012 Obervet did the CAR* and he had many rules questions. I decided to visit the Spiel in Essen for the first time. I contacted Georg Wild from HiG to get an appointment with him at the booth from HiG. My meeting was successful with Georg Wild. We worked hard to go through a big catalogue of questions. At that time CarcC was broken - not online. HiG had a chatpage where Scott and I had some chat talk. The CarcF forum did not exist at that time.

In 2012 I also met maik63de the first time at the Spiel in Essen. We know us before because of the HiG-Chat but not in person. Maik63de started the CarcF Forum some weeks after the exhibition.

*With the CAR 6.0 (July 2012) was the change from Matt Harper to obervet. That was the reason why I've got so many rule questions.

Sure and I absolutely agree.

I'm not requesting that contact. Just to solve issue which is now between HiG and Community, and as @Kettlefish described this week, Carcassonne is not well "supported" by HiG now, because in this time, in HiG is no-one who knows all expansions.
I talked about this behind the public of CarcC. oh oh if HiG will read this now. But yes all my people at HiG aren't working there anymore.

Here is a Yes/No question like to how to get through the rules for this expansion:

1. placement the tile
2. place  a meeple
3. Scoring a feature and send a meeple to Leipzig
Here we start now.
first - look what features are just finished with the placement of that tile.
is there a just finished road? Yes / No
if yes - does this road connected to Leipzig? Yes /No
If yes - do you have a meeple onto such just finished road? Yes / No
If  yes - do you have the majority of this just finished road? Yes / No
If yes -  then you have to choose:
a) Score this just finished road and get the points for it - then you will also get the 3 fairy points if the fairy stands direct to your meeple.
or
b) You send your meeple from the just finished road to the markets of Leipzig and you don't score this road and get no points for it.

I make here a small brake - because: you need a just finished road - this road is connected to Leipzig - you have Meeple onto the road - and you have till now the majority of this road.
And then you have to choose if you score the road as usual (with gameplay exp.3 - you will get the 3point bonus for the fairy if the fairy stand next to your meeple)
or you send this meeple (without scoring this road) to Leipzig.

Now - the cases with more than one meeple onto the just finished road:
Example A:
Situation: just finished road - 3 normal meeples onto this road - 2 red meeple 1 blue meeple.
The road is connected to leipzig (yes) and it is just finished (yes)
The blue meeple has not the majority of this just finished road (no) - This blue player can't send the meeple to Leipzig. This meeple remains on that just finished road.
The 2 red meeples on that just finished road they have the majority of this road (yes)
The red player can now decide if he likes to score the road with his 2 red meeples (meeplepower 2) or he send one of the red meeple to Leipzig.
The red player decide (or choose) not to score the road with 2 meeple (2 meeple man power). He send one red meeple to Leipzig (here in this example the player send his 1 red meeple to the winwringhts quarter.
The other 1 red meeple remains on that just finished road.
Now it is scoring time: We have a just finished road with the connecting to Leipzig and there are now onto this road 1 blue meeple and 1 red meeple. The score for the just finished road: blue meeple score points for the road no bonus points - red meeple score point for the road and bonus points from the wainwringht quarter.

The voting question - I can't answer it with voting.

1) On completed roads connected to Leipzig, those players with the majority may send a meeple at the beginning of 3. Scoring a feature to establish the new configuration of Leipzig bonused for this turn.
Yes
2) After that, you reevaluate the majority and perform the scoring as usual, but considering the new situation in Leipzig for any bonuses to be granted.
Yes.
With our previous assumptions, a meeple on a road connected to Leipzig with the fairy assigned to it, could get the fairy bonus before going to Leipzig, that is, meeples where sent to Leipzig after scoring (so the bonus was effective the next turn).
The 1 fairy point takes place at the beginning of your turn before 1. place a tile
With this update, it seems that meeples are sent to Leipzig before the scoring actually starts (although the majority is computed twice), so the Leipzig bonus effect is immediate. If so, there is no edge case... Roads with one meeple cannot score any points for the road or the Wainwrights quarter bonus when sending that meeple to Leipzig because there is no meeple left to score the road.
Yes
I didn't understand your "edge case" - I never saw this in any rule books.
Does this make sense?
Yes, olny this result makes sense.
