Hill and Castle

Hello,

I have a problem with 2 expansion that we play together, Hills & Sheep and Bridge, Castles & Bazaars.
When you draw a tile with the hill on it, you have to put,according to the rules, a new tile under the hill tile.

Can you, if you want to make a small city, put a castle on it? Because then there is a difference in height in tiles.

If you look at page 6 of the rules for Hills & Sheep from Z-Man Games which I have posted below in the final paragraph of the hills section it says "You can place a castle (even partially) on a hill tile." Meaning the answer to your question is yes.
